Mahteran - 19 to 20 July 2008

with my office gang, did a monsoon trek to Mahteran, lush green hill close to Bombay, enjoyed the walk and the company

Mahteran is a special place for me, around 24 years back this was my first trip with my colony guys and i had wonderful time. Mind is a strange place it stores great memories vividly, could remember many details of that trip too.

Amarnath Trip - 24 to 29 June 08

visited the shrine on 26 June, the trek from phelgam to the cave was a wonderful experience, a must for all who enjoy the mountains. what surprised me is that many old people and children do this pilgrimage, where they get the energy from is a surprise, faith has great power.
