The Virat Recruitment

last one month i have been busy with project Virat, from 6th Oct to 16 November i have taken around 20 flights, have traveled excessively. i had fun and had a great time. i was intervening candidates for the post of medical Rep.

during these interview realized that most graduates and even post graduates are not able to address simple questions regarding their subjects of graduation. most guys are to scared and unprepared for the interview and very few have a goal or a vision about what future they desire.

i guess a few years back i was just like them, but yet got the feeling that with technological advancement the youngsters should have got smarter but they haven't and the impact of the formal college education on aiding or building competence or capabilities has further diminished.

the end is like a Bollywood Movie, talk of hope but i doubt, human beings are cruel creatures and give then a opportunity to exploit - they are sure to do so
